Applicant must submit following supporting documents:
Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
Copy of Certificate of Good Standing (if applicable)
Copy of the Operating License issued by the corresponding Authority of the country of incorporation (if applicable) or certified statement of authorized representative of the company that the license is not required by the corresponding governing Authority.
Board of Directors resolution approving the Application for Clearing Broker Membership in EUEDEX™
A scanned copy of the Passport of the Director (page with signature and photo)
and email it to

Upon acceptance of the Application by EUEDEX™ and compliance with supporting document requirements the Applicant would be forwarded the Membership Application and Rules and Regulations agreement of the Exchange for review and signatures.
